With all common sealing methods like overlap, finseal/lapseal, pinchseal, made intermittend or continously by a contact seal or blow seal.

Besides our experience in forming shoulders and former sets we also supply and provide special coatings for contact surfaces and basic spare parts for all vertical form fill and seal machines. With our specially developed MI 1000 non-stick coating we prevent sticking of the film or paper in the sealing area. Our MI 2000 coating performs exceptionally where friction needs to be reduced to a minimum. It also protects your base material (stainless steel or aluminium) from wearing.

For most brands we have drawings and standard parts ready. For new applications we can quickly design your new forming collar or former set according to your requirements. After your design approval we start our production in our fully equipped factory. Once ready, it will be shipped to you or installed on your machine by one of our specialists.
